Target: FREE Halloween Spooktacular Event on October 29

Target will be hosting a FREE Halloween Spooktacular Event on Saturday, October 29 from 10am to 1pm. Kids are encouraged to wear costumes and will receive FREE goodie bags and other giveaways.
